Our excellent team of care professionals are all carefully vetted and are experienced, qualified and ability to carry out their role effectively. 

We provide all our staff with up to date training as part of our quality assurance and control monitoring.  All our professional staffs are criminal records checked and recruited through our robust recruitment process and procedures. These include full employment history, up to date reference and DBS reference checks and all others. 

Help in Hand Care team members are offered mandatory training and refreshers afterwards to help them maintain their competence and skills and learn new skill when required. Our staffs are trained to the highest standard and DBS checks are compulsory for all team members. 

Our staff have either attained their appropriate qualification or in the process of doing so.
